Our Services
We offer private transportation and private tours in the areas of Ensenada, Rosarito, Tijuana, Valle de Guadalupe, La Bufadora, Antigua Ruta del Vino, and San Diego. Each transfer and tour is designed to provide comfort, safety, and an unforgettable experience.

Reservations and Payments
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
A deposit or full payment is required depending on the type of service booked.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may vary depending on season, distance, and additional services requested.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: full refund or credit to be used on another date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: a 50% service charge will apply.
Date changes are subject to availability.

Punctuality and Safety
Our commitment is to arrive on time and provide a safe journey.
The client is responsible for providing accurate pick-up, time, and destination details.
We reserve the right to deny service if behavior is detected that could endanger the safety of the driver or passengers.

Luggage and Belongings
We can accommodate light luggage and standard luggage depending on the number of passengers and the vehicle. This information will be specified in your quote (detailed measurements can be found in our FAQ section).
We are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle, although we will make every effort to help you recover them.

Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will only be used to manage your booking and provide you with better service. We do not share data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.

Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure punctuality and safety, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control —such as traffic, road accidents, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen mechanical issues (e.g., a flat tire)— that may cause delays. In such situations, our team will always do its best to fulfill the service, keep you informed in a timely manner, and offer reasonable alternatives so that your experience is affected as little as possible.
