Cancellation
Policy

1. Deadlines and Conditions for Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance: Full refund of the deposit, minus PayPal fees; or a credit for the full amount to be used on another date (subject to availability).

​

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: A charge equivalent to 50% of the deposit, plus PayPal fees, will apply.

​

Same-day cancellations: No refunds will be issued.

​

During July and August:

Cancellations made 21 or more days in advance: Full refund of the deposit, minus PayPal fees.

​

Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance: A charge equivalent to 50% of the deposit, plus PayPal fees, will apply.

​

Same-day cancellations: No refunds will be issued.

​

For groups of 40 people or more:

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a refund of the deposit, minus PayPal fees.

​

Cancellations made less than 30 days but at least 15 days in advance: Refund of 50% of the deposit, minus PayPal fees.

​

Cancellations made with less than 15 days’ notice: No refunds will be issued

​

2. Date Changes

​

Date changes must be requested at least 8 days in advance.

​

During July and August, changes must be requested at least 16 days in advance.

​

For groups of 40 or more people, changes must be requested at least 40 days in advance.

​

All date changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing (e.g., via email or WhatsApp).

3. Cancellations by the Company (Extraordinary Causes)

​

If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather, safety concerns, vehicle failure, driver illness, etc.), the client will be entitled to:

​

Reschedule the tour on another date, or

​

Receive a full refund, including payment processing fees.

​

In such cases, we commit to notifying you as far in advance as possible.

​

4. Process for Requesting Cancellations or Changes

​

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

For security and clarity, make sure to receive written confirmation that we have received and accepted your request.
